We understand coordination with Architects, Designers and Owners to develop a proactive project to achieve your completion requirements.
Quality of Work
Every R & J worksite is staffed with at least one full-time Project Superintendent to ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to the construction drawings. We self-perform the completion details, fixture installation, millwork and graphic packages for many retailers and their project teams, and suppliers.
Technology Commitment
We at R & J understand the need for accurate and timely reporting. Since 2016 we have been operating an in-house project portal website. Some of the functions are listed below:
- Daily reports detailing attendance of contractors, work performed, issues/delays and communications logs, daily pictures.
- Project files such as submittals, drawings, construction documents, and site photos.
- Requests for Information (RFI’s)
- Change requests
We utilize QuickBooks software for all our accounting needs and BuilderTrend for project management and estimating needs, the two programs seamlessly work together, providing our onsite staff and office staff the same information. The information such as site contact lists, Schedules, RFI’s we enter is then available to our project supervisors via the project portal.
